| Morphological Characteristics | Small filamentous fungus. Colony is distinct on comprehensive PDA medium, white, with villous hyphae spreading concentrically toward the Agar plate edge. Medium appears yellow on the reverse side. |
| Culture Method | ① Prepare 1-2 plates as above; ② Disinfect the surface of test tube slants, then open them in a safety cabinet; ③ Cut blocks (see appendix) into 0.5×0.5 cm² squares using a sterile inoculation fork and spatula; ④ Place the small square blocks flat at the center of the Agar plate, on the agar surface; ⑤ Incubate the plates upright under the specified conditions. The culture is ready for use once the strain grows. |
