| Culture Method | ① Prepare one 18mm test tube liquid medium, about 10mL (placed in anaerobic environment for deoxygenation for 24 hours in advance); ② Dissolve the Frozen vials in a 37 °C water bath and shake rapidly for dissolution; ③ Suck the bacterial solution back into the test tube liquid culture medium; ④ Place the liquid test tube under the above cultivation conditions for cultivation. If the bacterial solution is turbid or there is a large amount of bacterial growth at the bottom, it can be used. |
