| Culture Method | ① Prepare 1–2 of the above agar plates; ② Open in a safety cabinet, scorch the top with a酒精灯, then quickly add a drop of sterile water to cause it to crack, and subsequently crush it with forceps; ③ Pipette 0.5 mL of sterile water into a freeze-dried vial; after thoroughly dissolving the bacterial powder, pipette approximately 200 μL onto each of the two agar plates and spread evenly; ④ Incubate the plates under the aforementioned conditions; the strain is ready for use once growth appears. |
