| Culture Method | ① Thaw Frozen vials in a 37°C water bath, shaking vigorously to dissolve; ② Disinfect outer surface of Frozen vials with alcohol swabs, then transfer to biosafety cabinet for handling; ③ Unscrew the cap, aspirate the entire thawed contents, and Agar plate onto 1-2 agar plates (approx. 200μL per Agar plate; for anaerobic cultures, pre-deoxygenate the medium in an anaerobic environment for 24 hours); ④ Spread evenly and incubate under the specified conditions. |
