Culture Method① Prepare 1-2 plates as above; ② Disinfect ampoule surface, open in safety cabinet, cauterize top with alcohol lamp, then immediately break with sterile water; shatter contents with forceps; ③ Pipette 0.5mL sterile water into lyophilized tube, dissolve powder completely, then dispense 200μL/well onto plates, spreading evenly; ④ Incubate plates under specified conditions until colonies emerge.
