| Culture Method | ① Prepare 1-2 fresh plates as described above; ② Open in a biosafety cabinet, cauterize the top with a酒精灯, then quickly add sterile water to break it open; use forceps to crush it; ③ Pipette 0.5mL sterile water into the freeze-dried vial, dissolve completely, and mix thoroughly; ④ Pipette 0.2mL of the bacterial suspension onto the Agar plate, spread evenly; repeat twice to obtain two plates; ⑤ Incubate under the specified conditions; the strain is ready for use once colonies emerge. |
