| Culture Method | ① Prepare 1-2 plates as above; ② Open in a safety cabinet, cauterize the top with an alcohol lamp, then quickly add sterile water to break it open. Use forceps to crush it; ③ Pipette 0.5mL sterile water into the freeze-dried vial. After fully dissolving the bacterial powder, dispense approximately 200μL onto each of two plates and spread evenly; ④ Incubate plates under the specified conditions until colonies emerge. |
